Humility.....

Well, our first rough day, and it only took 12 weeks! We were not ourselves today: chatty, whiney, and distracted, and so were the kids!!! This was the first time I didn't get through the lesson because of our behavior. So we all got a case of humility after today. I think we were all too comfortable with our surroundings. These pictures are all attempts at learning. More frustration and less learning took place today.

The kids did great during story time, and then it just went down hill from there......

We practiced writing straight lines, look at Addison and Eisley concentrate!

Then, using cornstarch and water, the kiddos got to practice writing the letter J and number 7. We had to stop because the younger kids kept spilling the water and getting in the way.  Jack did a great job!

Next week will be much better.....it can't get any worse!
